  • How can I change committee member Info?

    For any member changes please send an email to ychoulou@fau.edu.

  • How do I get added to a listserv?

    There are listservs that are maintained by FLVC to help with our communications. You can see these on the FLVC website Listservs page. You may submit a request by email to join a list by following the instructions on that page. All requests will be reviewed by the listserv's owner. Some lists are only open to the committee the listserv represents.

  • How many FTE does the SULS have?

    FTE is collected from the SUS of Florida Factbook found at http://www.flbog.org/resources/factbooks/factbooks.php

  • I am an assigned liaison, how do I post meeting notes and documents onto the CSUL website?

  • I am new to the staff of a State University Library, where do I begin?

    You will want to explore this CSUL website. Please see the listservs that are maintained by the Florida Virtual Campus (FLVC), to help you to get acclimated. You can see these on the FLVC website Listservs page. There is an FLVC Internal Communications listserv you will want to join called FCLLIST. You may also want to explore the FLVC website. You may submit an email request to join a list by following the instructions on that page. All requests will be reviewed by the listserv's owner. Some lists are only open to the committee the listserv represents.

  • What are the acceptable formats for submitting minutes?

    The following is a list formats that will be accepted for all minute and other documentation submission:

    * PDF (.pdf)
    * Word (.doc .docx)
    * Excel (.xl .xlsx)

    However once submitted, converting the "submitted" format to a different format that may be easier to preserve, e.g. "Word/ .doc" to "PDF/ .pdf", might be utilized.

  • What are the SULS IP addresses?

  • What databases are licensed or supported by FLVC?
  • Whom should I submit minutes to for committees, subcommittees, and taskforce for upload?
